Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to tttjil, a PAGCOR-registered online gaming platform operating under the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and tttjil ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the tttjil website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services available at tttjil.net.

By creating a tttjil account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager through any game category offered on the platform — including but not limited to live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and mines — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and maintain an active tttjil account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended tttjil account. Each player is permitted only one account.

tttjil enforces age verification as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. All players are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents acceptable under Philippine law — including but not limited to a Philippine national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, or UMID card — prior to the approval of any withdrawal request or upon request by the tttjil compliance team at any time.

Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming services on tttjil, you must register for an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

Each player may hold only one tttjil account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. tttjil shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, except to the extent that such loss is directly caused by a security breach on tttjil's own systems.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

tttjil supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location, account verification status, and current platform configurations. tttjil does not accept third-party payments — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name, and all withdrawals will be processed only to an account in your name.

All transactions on tttjil are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the platform and communicated through the account dashboard. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of identity verification ("KYC"). tttjil reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

tttjil offers various promotional bonuses to players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated clearly at the time each promotion is offered.

General conditions applicable to all tttjil bonuses include the following:

• Each bonus promotion is available to eligible players only and may not be combined with other active bonus offers unless explicitly stated.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tttjil platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

1. Registering more than one account on the tttjil platform, whether under your own identity or using another person's identity or falsified documentation.

4. Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino or any game format where collusion could influence outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
5. Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or any software designed to replicate human play behavior in order to gain an advantage over other players or the platform.
6. Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited and attempting to misrepresent your location through VPN, proxy, or similar technologies.
7. Exploiting promotional offers, bonuses, or referral programs through coordinated abuse, multi-accounting, or any scheme designed to extract value without genuine play intent.
8. Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward tttjil support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tttjil platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the tttjil platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the tttjil platform or its software.
• Use the tttjil brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that could suggest endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written authorization from tttjil.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the tttjil platform using automated tools for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tttjil, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming opportunity, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the tttjil platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

tttjil's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your tttjil account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tttjil does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and events outside tttjil's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game categories.

Account Suspension and Termination

tttjil reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy published on the tttjil platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested by the compliance team.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Detection of underage play or identity misrepresentation during KYC review.
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

You may voluntarily close your tttjil account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure of a verified account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal processing timeframes and verification requirements.

Privacy and Data Protection

tttjil collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a tttjil account, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

tttjil implements bank-grade SSL/TLS encryption across all data transmissions on the platform.
